Webinar: Introduction to Human Performance Improvement (HPI) for Organizational Excellence

Learn about human performance improvement, or HPI, in this webinar. Human performance improvement is a method dedicated to correctly identifying workplace performance problems or opportunities for improvement; identifying the cause of those problems; and selecting, implementing, and evaluating interventions designed to "fix" those problems (or take advantage of those opportunities.
